Shipping policy

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All prices are final prices (including applicable VAT, where applicable), plus shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

All orders are shipped via DHL package or an equivalent international shipping provider, depending on the destination country.

A shipping fee will be charged for delivery, which is calculated based on the weight of the shopping cart and the destination country. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or other regulatory fees imposed by the receiving country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Process & Contract Formation

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Errors and omissions excepted. By clicking the button “Order with Obligation to Pay”, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods listed on the order page.

The order confirmation is sent via email to the email address provided by the customer during checkout. If the customer does not provide a deliverable email address, the order confirmation will be sent with the shipment of the goods to the shipping address provided by the customer, usually within 5 business days.

If the seller does not accept the customer’s offer, the offer is deemed rejected. No purchase contract is concluded for products that are not listed in the order confirmation.

Payment Processing & Refunds

For payments via PayPal, credit card, or instant transfer (Sofortüberweisung), the customer’s account is immediately charged due to technical processing reasons. However, this does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer. If the seller is unable to fulfill the customer’s order, the payment will be refunded immediately.

All offered products are sold only in household quantities. The contractual relationship between PayPal (or any other third-party payment processor) and its customers is governed exclusively by PayPal’s (or the respective provider’s) terms of use.

No additional taxes or fees are incurred by the seller beyond those specified at checkout. However, for international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Payments & Chargebacks

In the case of direct debit payments, the customer may be required to cover any costs incurred due to a chargeback caused by insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers with a history of failed payments or chargebacks.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The seller reserves the right to update these conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
